About Program
Establishment of the Bachelor of Science in Chemistry program:
The Bachelor of Science in Chemistry program at the College of Science at the Islamic University of Madinah was established in 2012/2013 and holds full program accreditation from the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation, reflecting its commitment to high quality standards and strong student outcomes.
Program mission:
Preparing qualified graduates in the field of chemistry as per the demands of the labor market by providing a distinguished academic program in an educational and research environment that stimulates innovation, sustainability, and community partnerships to contribute to the knowledge industry.

- Admission to the Bachelor of Science in Chemistry program requires meeting the general university admission requirements established by Saudi university regulations and the policies of the Islamic University of Madinah, along with any additional criteria set by the Chemistry Department. To earn the Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, students must successfully complete 140 credit hours with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 out of 5.
