This course describes the electronic configuration of atoms and molecules with the help of molecular orbital theory, valence bond theory and valence shell electron pair repulsion theory. It also describes the geometric forms of the molecules, Ionic bonds in solids, Acid-base concepts, Oxidation-reduction reactions and chemistry of main group metals.
