Strategic Plan Management Office
The Strategic Planning Management Office leads strategic planning and institutional development across the University through an integrated strategic framework that enhances operational efficiency, unifies institutional directions, and supports data- and performance-driven decision-making. This contributes to achieving the University’s objectives and noble mission, while reinforcing alignment with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.The Office works collaboratively with the University’s academic and administrative entities to oversee the implementation of the strategic plan, measure strategic performance, and develop strategic initiatives and transformation programs. These efforts aim to ensure sustainable impact and elevate the University’s excellence and leadership locally and globally.

Social Responsibility Department
The Social Responsibility Department serves as a key representative of community service and the university’s third mission. It places the delivery of distinguished community services among its highest priorities, reflecting the university’s excellence through its programs, objectives, and aspirations. The department seeks to establish effective strategic partnerships through the services it provides to local and international communities, in alignment with the university’s vision and mission.The Islamic University was established by Royal Decree No. 11 dated 25/3/1381 AH, followed by Royal Decree No. 21 dated 16/4/1381 AH, to serve as a leading global Islamic beacon of knowledge and development.Subsequently, approval was granted for the establishment of the Deanship of Community Service at the university pursuant to Ministerial Decision No. 8/2 dated 11/6/1416 AH.Based on the Decision of the Council of University Affairs No. (1443/6/12) dated 13/9/1443 AH, and the Decision of the President of the Islamic University No. 91444440 dated 09/01/1444 AH, the Deanship of Community Service was transformed into the General Directorate of Community Service.Later, pursuant to Administrative Decision No. 9144711748 dated 15/04/1447 AH, the President of the Islamic University issued Decision No. 9144720507 dated 19/06/1447 AH, renaming the General Directorate of Community Service as the Social Responsibility Department, affiliated with the University’s Office of International Cooperation and Partnerships.
General Administration of Communication and Institutional Identity
The General Administration of Communication and Institutional Identity is connected to the University Development Agency. It primarily focuses on creating an effective internal and external communication channel that contributes to building and enhancing the university's image regionally and globally.
Department of University Campus Management
The University Campus Management was founded in the first month of Jumada 1438 AH, and it includes nine Deparments that provide logistical services to the university, its staff and visitors. These administrations are (Projects Department, Maintenance Department, University Security Department, Environmental and Professional Safety Deparment, University Transportation Department, Printing Department, Catering Department, Housing Department for Faculty members, and Sports Facilities Department). These departments are connected to the General Supervisor of the University Campus Management, and all these departments are working hard to achieve the University's vision, mission and strategic plan, to achieve the declared goals and provide distinguished services.
University Medical Centre
The University Medical Center provides health care and treatment to the university's students, staff and faculty members. It includes the following following specialized clinics: radiology and ultrasound department, an integrated medical analysis laboratory, an immunization and vaccination department, and a medical solutions unit, all of which are equipped with state-of-the-art medical equipment.
Secretariat of Awqaf
This Contributes to the formation of technical and service infrastructure, achieves social stability for university students, supports academic scholarships and scientific research programs, and serves the community to achieve the goals of the university.
