To provide high-quality therapeutic health services to the affiliates of the Islamic University of Madinah through the optimal use of resources and technologies, and in effective partnership with relevant entities. Furthermore, to undertake a regulatory and supervisory role over therapeutic services related to the health of individuals, families, and the community.

• Participate in the monitoring and evaluation of health programs.
• Organize procedures to improve the environment and maintain its safety, and issue the necessary instructions in coordination with the relevant authorities.
• Support and develop health and environmental awareness, and involve the community in preventive programs and activities.
