The Digital Experience Maturity Index for Government Services is one of the national indicators launched by the Digital Government Authority to measure the maturity level of digital government services from the beneficiary experience perspective. This is done by assessing the quality of digital interaction, ease of use, and service delivery efficiency across various digital channels. The index aims to improve beneficiary satisfaction, enhance the quality of digital services, and promote the adoption of best practices in designing and developing digital government services, in support of the objectives of comprehensive digital government transformation and Saudi Vision 2030.
