This indicator measures an entity's readiness to adopt modern and emerging technologies by evaluating the supporting organizational, technical, and human aspects. This process contributes to enhancing institutional performance, fostering innovation, and achieving digital transformation goals in alignment with national directives. The General Administration for Digital Transformation is currently developing the indicator’s framework and defining its requirements in preparation for implementation and measurement within the university’s digital transformation ecosystem; the content and associated results will be updated following the commencement of implementation and the official adoption of the measurement process.
