Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and peace and blessings be upon the noblest of prophets and messengers.

In line with the objectives of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 and the profound importance it places on digital transformation as a key enabler of institutional excellence and sustainability, and as an extension of the Islamic University's mission of academic leadership and community service — locally and globally — the General Administration of Digital Transformation continues to build an integrated university digital ecosystem grounded in effective governance, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.

Believing that the Islamic University is the Kingdom's gift to the world, we move forward with confidence toward the future through an ambitious digital transformation plan, in which we harness technology to create a world-class digital experience that reflects the University's authenticity in serving its students from more than 170 countries, while also building the capabilities of our national talent and empowering them to lead institutional change.

In this context, we believe that digital transformation is no longer merely a technical development, but has become a comprehensive institutional approach to redesigning operations, improving process efficiency, elevating the quality of academic and administrative services, and creating a unified, effective digital experience for all beneficiaries — in keeping with the University's standing and global mission.

The Manarat Al-Ibda' (Beacon of Creativity) initiatives embody this strategic direction by adopting innovative digital solutions, strengthening integration across systems and platforms, raising the level of digital maturity, and empowering the human talent capable of leading change — ensuring optimal use of resources and sustainable impact.

Our goal is to combine institutional authenticity with technical innovation, delivering a digital university model worthy of the University's guests and its global academic standing, keeping pace with the rapid changes sweeping the higher education sector, and contributing to the achievement of the University's goals and the Kingdom's Vision 2030.

We are also committed to unifying efforts with the University's various sectors and relevant stakeholders, believing that the success of digital transformation is a shared responsibility built on effective partnership, integrated roles, and a firmly rooted culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

We ask Allah, the Almighty, to bless the efforts of all University staff, and to grant us success in fulfilling the aspirations of our wise leadership and in serving the University's mission and goals.
