The College Council consists of: the Dean as Chairperson; the Vice Deans and Heads of Departments as members; and up to three faculty members from the college, whose terms of membership are determined by a decision of the University Council. One of the Vice Deans shall serve as the Secretary of the Council.
- The Council shall convene at least once a month, and a meeting shall be valid only when attended by at least two-thirds of its members.
- Council resolutions shall be issued by an absolute majority of the votes of the members present. In the event of a tie, the Chairperson shall have the casting vote.
