Prof. Dr. Turki Mohammed Kharshan Al-Saad Al-Ghamdi

1. Presiding over the college council, supervising the organization of its affairs, calling for attendance at its sessions, and implementing its decisions.
   
2. Applying educational regulations and the universities bylaws.
   
3. Achieving the goals and higher policies of the Islamic University.
   
4. Implementing the decisions of the University Council regarding the college.
   
5. Supervising the preparation of the college's strategic plan and following up on its implementation.
   
6. Supervising the management of the college's educational, research, administrative, financial, and cultural affairs.
   
7. Developing the college administratively, academically, and in research.
   
8. Coordinating and developing the college's relations inside and outside the university.
   
9. Supervising the provision of all educational, research, administrative, and financial requirements of the college.
   
10. Evaluating the performance of college vice deans, academic department heads, and directors and heads of units affiliated with him.
    
11. Supervising the planning and preparation of the college budget.
    
12. Forming the necessary committees to carry out the college's work.
    
13. Preparing a comprehensive periodic report on the progress of studies, academic, administrative, and research performance in the college, and submitting it to His Excellency the President of the University.
    
14. Representing the college inside and outside the university.
    
15. Implementing what is assigned to him by the University Council or its President.

• Supervising the progress of the educational process, implementing its plans, and developing its academic programs.
  
• Applying the systems and regulations of quality, evaluation, and academic accreditation.
  
• Supervising various student activities in the college.
  
• Working to establish academic links with educational institutions inside and outside the kingdom.
  
• Supervising the recruitment of faculty members in the college.
  
• Supervising the implementation of study plans and academic programs in the college.
