The career of the Faculty of Computer and Information Systems began in 1434 AH, 2013, and since then, the college has been keen during its career on the quality of its specialized programs in the fields of computer science, information technology and information system. This march culminated in the college obtaining the academic accreditation of engineering and technology ABET for its three bachelor's degree programs, namely the Computer Science Program, the Information Technology Program, and the Information Systems Program.
The college is keen to provide an integrated educational and knowledge environment. The unique knowledge and cultural diversity are one of the most prominent features of the college, as the number of nationalities of faculty members and students is more than 30 nationalities, and this is integrated with the vision of the Islamic University in Medina in serving societies with a full commitment to excellence and inclusiveness.
Moreover, the college seeks to develop its research partnerships with the local and global community, according to a growing research plan and aspiration to lead in this field, which has the continuous support of the management of the Islamic University.
