• Use encryption when sending sensitive information via email to ensure its protection.
• Do not register the university’s email address on any websites unrelated to work purposes.
• Immediately notify the relevant cybersecurity department if there is any suspicion of email messages that may pose a threat to the university’s systems or assets.
• Opening and reviewing email content shall be conducted in accordance with specific procedures, as the university reserves the right to review messages after obtaining the necessary authorizations.
• Avoid opening suspicious or unexpected email messages, even if they appear to be from trusted sources, in order to prevent risks.
Adherence to these guidelines contributes to enhancing email security and protecting information.
