1. Serving the language of the Holy Qur’an, pursuing in-depth study of its sciences and literature, reinforcing confidence and pride in it, and demonstrating its capacity to encompass all fields of knowledge and science.
2. Producing highly qualified scholars of the Arabic language who are capable of understanding the Holy Qur’an, the Prophetic Sunnah, and the sources of Islamic culture.
3. Qualifying specialized professionals in Arabic language sciences and literature to serve the public and private sectors.
4. Contributing to scientific research in the field of Arabic language and literature and linking it to human developmental needs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in particular and the Islamic world in general.
5. Critically editing the linguistic and literary heritage while embracing contemporary developments and connecting Arabic language sciences and literature with modern-day issues.
6. Establishing and strengthening academic and cultural ties through communication with universities and academic institutions worldwide in order to serve the language of the Qur’an and its heritage.
