1. Evaluation of Current Partnerships
- Action: Conduct a review of existing academic partnerships.
- Responsibility: Center members.
- Outcome: A comprehensive report on current partnerships and their effectiveness.
2- Identifying New Partnership Opportunities
- Action: Search for potential local and international institutions for cooperation and partnerships.
- Responsibility: Center members.
- Outcome: A list of potential partners with justifications for cooperation.
3. Developing a Partnership Framework
- Action: Create guidelines for establishing and maintaining partnerships, including roles, responsibilities and expectations.
- Responsibility: Center staff in cooperation with the University's legal and administrative teams.
- Outcome: A clear partnership framework document (taking into account the Ministry's controls sent to universities).
4- Outreach and Engagement Strategy
- Action: Develop a marketing and awareness plan to promote the Center and its initiatives.
- Responsibility: Marketing team and Center staff
- Outcomes: Enhancing the Center's visibility through social media, newsletters and events inside and outside the University.
5- Facilitating Joint Research Initiatives
- Action: Organizing workshops and seminars to connect faculty members with potential academic partners.
- Responsibility: Center staff
- Outcomes: Increase in the number of joint research proposals submitted.
6- Monitoring and Evaluation
- Action: Develop metrics to evaluate the impact of partnerships on: research outputs, student engagement, local community engagement.

- Outcomes: Regular reports on partnership effectiveness (Evaluation model and follow-up on activation of cooperation agreements and memoranda of understanding issued by the Ministry)

8- Annual Partnership Conference
- Action: Organizing an annual conference to showcase partnership achievements and enhance networking.
