To foster and support diverse forms of cooperation with universities and institutions at both the national and international levels through the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and 

international quality standards.

- To promote a culture of local and international cooperation and clarify avenues through which its benefits can be realized.

- To identify the procedures required for concluding local and international agreements.

 - To clarify the rules and regulations governing the establishment and development of relationships with global universities, as well as international and local institutions and organizations.

- To maximize the benefits of international knowledge partnerships and cultural agreements in support of the University’s aspirations and development plans.
