Training and Alumni Unit
Unit Description: This unit is responsible for training the college staff, developing their capabilities, and monitoring alumni in coordination with the University's Graduate Affairs Deanship.
Responsibilities:
1. Building a database for outstanding college students.
2. Communicating with alumni through various means to strengthen the student-college relationship.
3. Identifying the main obstacles that students face after graduation and when entering the job market.
4. Direct supervision of training courses within the college.
5. Compiling final reports on training within the college.
