Fulfilling the university’s mission of excellence in knowledge creation through a dedicated focus on the Islamic creed, consolidating and disseminating Islamic values, warning against religious innovations (Bid'ah) and superstitions, and advancing historical and educational studies according to rigorous scientific methodologies. This is achieved while keeping pace with the advancement of university education in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030.

The college's objectives are summarized in the following points:

1. Disseminating the Creed:** Spreading the creed of Ahl al-Sunnah wal-Jama'ah and articulating the foundations of Da'wah (calling to Allah) in accordance with the values of moderation, balance, wisdom, and good counsel.

2. Instilling Values:Embedding the Islamic creed, values, ethics, and principles in the minds of students and staff.

3. Qualifying Specialists: Preparing experts in Islamic Creed, Religions, Da'wah, Islamic Culture, Education, and History who possess a profound mastery of their disciplines and are capable of addressing contemporary requirements as well as local and global developments.

4. Promoting Moderation:Consolidating the values of moderation, balance, and correct understanding essential for cultivating a well-rounded and balanced personality.

5. Advancing Educational Studies:Elucidating the principles, foundations, and branches of educational disciplines, and applying them toward practical implementation, development, scientific research, and diverse educational studies.
