The Administrative Director:
- Supervises the Administrative Communications and Support Services Unit, as well as the Pledges and Files Unit.
- Submits the necessary work for the administrative units to the Dean of the college.
- Receives and processes transactions.
- Receives and follows up on pledges.
- Supervises all administrative staff in the college.
- Oversees maintenance work in the college.
- Prepares the year-end report for the academic year regarding pledges and support services.
