Master’s Program in Da‘wah

Program Mission: To prepare distinguished professionals in Da‘wah, in accordance with the approach of moderation and balance, to disseminate the message of Islam within local and global communities.

Promoting the methodology of Ahl al-Sunnah wa al-Jama‘ah, which is founded on moderation and balance.
Developing the Da‘wah practitioner’s critical and analytical skills.
Enabling students of Islamic studies to acquire a comprehensive understanding of the fundamental skills of scientific research.
Equipping students with the modern academic, technical, and technological knowledge and skills required in the field of Da‘wah.
Contributing to the realization of Saudi Vision 2030 and enhancing the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s standing in Islamic and international communities by preparing qualified Da‘wah practitioners in accordance with the approach of moderation and balance.
Identifying the most prominent challenges facing Da‘wah and developing methods to address them.
Providing academic and applied services and consultations in the fields of Da‘wah.

The applicant must be a Saudi national or, if a non-Saudi, must have obtained an official scholarship for postgraduate studies.
The applicant must hold a bachelor’s degree from a Saudi university or another recognized university.
The applicant must have earned a minimum grade of “Very Good” at the undergraduate level.
The applicant must be of good conduct and medically fit.
The applicant must submit two academic letters of recommendation from professors who have previously taught them.
If the applicant is employed, approval from their employer is required.
The applicant must pass the General Aptitude Test for University Graduates with a score of at least 65 out of 100.
The applicant must pass the department-administered achievement test in the relevant academic specialization with a score of at least 70 out of 100.
The applicant must meet any other requirements stipulated by the University Council and announced at the time of application.
