Master’s Program in Islamic Creed

Preparing specialized academic professionals in Islamic Creed.
Equipping students with the knowledge and skills required in the field of Islamic Creed and its methods of argumentation.
Familiarizing students with the points of disagreement with opposing groups.
Demonstrating the invalidity of the principles adopted by opposing groups and refuting their misconceptions.
Equipping students with scientific research skills in the field of Islamic Creed.
Providing academic and applied services and consultations in the field of Islamic Creed.

The applicant must be a Saudi national or, if a non-Saudi, must have obtained an official scholarship for postgraduate studies.
The applicant must hold a bachelor’s degree from a Saudi university or another recognized university.
The applicant must have earned a minimum grade of “Very Good” at the undergraduate level.
The applicant must be of good conduct and medically fit.
The applicant must submit two academic letters of recommendation from professors who have previously taught them.
If the applicant is employed, approval from their employer is required.
The applicant must pass the department-administered achievement test in the relevant academic specialization with a score of at least 70 out of 100.
The applicant must meet any other requirements stipulated by the University Council and announced at the time of application.
The applicant must meet the admission criteria and requirements applicable in the year of application, as well as those specified in the admission guide for graduate programs at the Islamic University, issued by the Deanship of Graduate Studies for that year.

Program Mission: Providing educational experiences and preparing an elite group of distinguished students in the field of Islamic Creed, in accordance with the approach of moderation, and equipping them with advanced academic, research, critical, and technological skills that enable them to contribute to serving local and global communities.
