Stemming from the Islamic University’s commitment to its noble mission and its dedication to establishing institutional excellence and enhancing performance efficiency, the Strategic Plan Management Office assumes responsibility for leading the University’s strategic planning and development system through an integrated institutional framework that strengthens governance, unifies directions, and fosters a culture of decision-making based on data and indicators.
The Office works to develop a robust strategic foundation that contributes to aligning the University’s plans and programs with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030. This is achieved by monitoring the implementation of the strategic plan, measuring performance at the initiative and program levels, and developing qualitative transformations that enhance the University’s readiness and competitiveness locally and globally.
The Office is also committed to strengthening integration among academic and administrative entities, developing accurate and transparent performance indicators, and activating institutional partnerships to ensure the optimal use of resources and achieve a sustainable impact that enhances the quality of outcomes and contributes to advancing the University’s standing and leadership.

This strengthens the University’s ability to keep pace with the rapid changes in education, scientific research, and service to the local and global community, in fulfilment of the aspirations of our wise leadership.
