Dr. Yazed Bin Bader Alsaawy, Dean of the Institute of Research and Studies at the Islamic University, is a renowned academician and consultant with extensive expertise in digital transformation and technology governance. He has led strategic initiatives aimed at modernizing the Islamic University's systems and processes, aligning with global best practices.

His experiences span multiple domains, including digital transformation, service delivery enhancement, and driving technological advancement. Dr. Yazed is an Associate Professor, holding a Ph.D. in Computer Science from De Montfort University in the UK. He participated in the Executive Leadership Program at Stanford University.

Dr. Yazed has made significant scientific contributions in cybersecurity, digital transformation, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, smart city technologies, and his research has been published in reputable scientific journals.

In addition to his academic work, Dr. Yazed has held senior administrative and consulting positions, including Director General of Digital Transformation at the Ministry of Education, Digital Transformation Consultant at the Municipality of Madinah, and member of the Digital Transformation Committee in the Madinah Region. He worked at the Data Center and Statistics, contributing to governance development and data availability.
