The Travel Department is the unit responsible for providing services and handling procedures related to scholarship students. Its responsibilities include issuing student travel tickets, such as arrival tickets and end-of-year vacation tickets; processing residence permits; handling student passport transactions; coordinating matters with the Passport Department and the Expatriates Administration; and following up on students’ status throughout their period of study and residence at the University.
