Objectives of the Vice-Deanship for Development:


1. Follow up on the implementation of the deanship’s strategic plan.


2. Providing training programs and courses for employees of the deanship.


3. Follow up on the development of the deanship’s website.


4. Preparing the annual report of the deanship.


5. Evaluating organizational restructuring and proposing administrative frameworks that enhance the work and institutional development of the deanship in a manner consistent with the deanship’s vision and mission.


 

Vice-Deanship for Development tasks:


1- Follow up on the work of the Vice-deanship’s units.


2- Approval of the annual plan for the units affiliated with the Vice-Deanship.


3- Preparing organizational guides that explain the tasks and work of the deanship.


4- Supervising the preparation of the deanship’s annual report.


5- Follow up on the implementation of the deanship’s strategic plan.


6. Supervising the preparation of the deanship’s organizational structures.
