1. Supervising the work of administrative staff in the journals across all their branches, distributing tasks and responsibilities, overseeing their implementation, and ensuring work efficiency and continuity in accordance with the standards.
2. Implementing the decisions of the Supervisory Committee for Scientific Journals after their approval by the authorized official.
3. Following up on the journals’ performance in implementing the indicators of the University’s strategic plan.
4. Submitting recruitment requests for the journals in accordance with available capabilities and needs.
5. Following up on the process of indexing the University’s journals in global databases such as Web of Science or Scopus.
6. Following up on the printing of journal issues at the University Press after their publication.
7. Carrying out any tasks assigned to it by the Supervisory Committee for Scientific Journals at the University.
