To provide a safe intellectual educational environment that promotes national identity and loyalty to the wise leadership, and safeguards concepts and values against all intellectual risks and threats through high-quality preventive and remedial programs targeting all components of the University

To preserve a balanced personality that is capable of adapting to life changes while upholding moderate Islamic values

To contribute to achieving integration, balance, and moderation in presenting diverse ideas that support the approach of intellectual moderation

To prepare students to confront extremist ideologies and deviant behaviors and protect them from their risks
