Objectives:

1-To institutionalize an integrated academic governance framework that supports program quality and alignment with national and international standards, as well as accreditation requirements.

2-To develop and enhance academic programs and general education curricula in a manner that reinforces institutional identity and improves learning outcomes.

3-To establish an effective, evidence-based assessment and evaluation system that supports continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.

4-To promote innovation and transformation in teaching and learning through the adoption of best educational practices and modern technologies.

5-To foster a culture of academic excellence and sustainable improvement across colleges and academic units.

6-To enhance the quality of programs and their outcomes in ways that strengthen institutional competitiveness and stakeholder satisfaction.
