The Contracts and Procurement Department is the entity entrusted with securing the University’s needs for materials and services required by the administrative and educational units, by achieving the highest quality, the lowest cost, and at the appropriate time

Developing the Department’s performance to provide the University’s requirements on time and at the lowest cost through the use of modern software.

Using and developing the best purchasing methods, while ensuring the establishment of a good relationship between the Contracts and Procurement Department and the beneficiaries, and maintaining the records and documents through which tendering and direct purchasing processes are carried out.

• Securing the University’s needs through the best offers and in record time, while achieving economic efficiency and fair competitive prices.
• Collecting data on all recurring needs and maintaining it as an easily accessible reference.
• Organizing the public tendering and procurement procedures required by the University.
• Achieving transparency and enhancing integrity throughout all stages of the announced tendering procedures.
