It aims to enhance institutional capabilities in the field of risk management according to best practices and international standards (ISO 31000), support business continuity, and raise the level of institutional readiness.
The workshop covers methodologies for identifying, analyzing, and evaluating institutional risks, and determining their priorities. In addition, it addresses the preparation of response and treatment plans and the measurement of their effectiveness, which contributes to achieving digital transformation requirements and digital maturity indicators.
The workshop will be presented by Eng. Ashraf Al-Tarawneh – Digital Transformation Consultant and Certified ISO 31000 Assessor, and moderated by Mr. Abbas Hassan Abbas Sharbib.
