Responsibilities:
It administratively supervises the work of the electronic services unit.
Prepares future plans, suggestions, and programs regarding electronic services.
Implements and applies approved regulations and instructions in the field of electronic services.
It supervises the deanship’s network, technical devices, and programs in coordination with the Deanship of Information Technology.
Supervises the deanship’s electronic portal and its development.
Follows up on the process of converting the deanship’s paper services into electronic services.
Supervises the entry of data from employees into the programs and provides them with technical support.
Follows up on the implementation of the Deanship’s directives towards implementing the e-government project.
It trains employees and contractors on using the systems to the best of their capabilities and how to benefit from electronic services.
Participates in meetings related to the Computer Department inside and outside the deanship.
Participates in various university activities as directed.
It distributes tasks among the unit’s employees and checks the unit’s shortcomings and attempts to overcome them.
It works to develop and build team spirit among unit employees.
Organizes vacation dates and work schedules for the unit’s employees.
Supervising the treatment of complaints related to electronic services.
Jurisdictions:
Works on the electronic (e-register) system according to the Jurisdictions granted.
Updates data and information on the Deanship’s electronic portal according to the Jurisdictions granted.
Works on the student affairs system according to the Jurisdictions granted.
Works on the request system for technical malfunctions/maintenance management according to the Jurisdictions granted.
Communicates with entities outside the deanship regarding information technology.
Works on the DW-SAP program according to the Jurisdictions granted.
