The university relies on it to achieve its mission and goals in its relevant areas, such as establishing and maintaining the university's infrastructure, as well as providing services to its staff, including faculty members and students.

Within the framework of the University's Shared Services Presidency's efforts to support the university's administration in fulfilling its responsibilities, it significantly contributes to improving the services provided to the university's staff. It enhances the university's environment and actively contributes to achieving the university's strategic objectives. This includes developing the educational environment, university buildings, and optimizing financial resources.

Moreover, the Presidency works on enhancing the workflow in the General Administration of Public Services, Project Management, Security, and Safety sectors to meet the university's aspirations and ambitions. The Presidency comprises several departments, units, and committees overseen by highly experienced and competent individuals. The University's Shared Services Presidency is considered an assisting entity in constructing, supporting, and monitoring the implementation of the university's strategic plans in collaboration with other university agencies and departments.
