Administrative Communications Department

The Administrative Communications Department is one of the key departments at the Islamic University. It is responsible for organizing and managing the flow of official transactions and correspondence, both incoming and outgoing, within the University and with external entities. This ensures timely processing, accurate documentation, and the secure preservation of data and documents in accordance with approved policies, procedures, and regulations.

The Department supports the University’s academic and administrative units by receiving and registering transactions, directing them to the appropriate departments, and tracking their progress through the relevant administrative processes. It is also responsible for maintaining documents and archives in an organized manner, ensuring that records can be easily retrieved whenever needed.

In addition, the Department contributes to enhancing administrative efficiency by implementing best practices in official communications management and supporting the University’s digital transformation initiatives, particularly in correspondence management, document processing, and electronic archiving.
