The course deals with the use of computer programs in solving chemistry problems as well as drug design by medicinal chemists. It is an interdisciplinary course that cuts across Chemistry, Physics and Computer Science. Subjects intended to be covered are the use of ChemDraw, Computational Chemistry using Gaussian software and introductory to molecular docking.
