Many subjects of mathematics can be worked out through symbolic computer algebra software such as Mathematica, Maple, or MATLAB. The course is aimed to increase student skills in using many topics of mathematics which needs many complicated calculations. The course covers the main topics of different courses of mathematics such as linear algebra (eigen values and eigen vectors – norms of matrices and vectors), differential equations (solution of ordinary and partial differential equations and representations of solutions as curves or surfaces), numerical techniques (iterations and iterative techniques of nonlinear equations – numerical integration techniques) some topics in mathematical analysis (differentiation and integration of known functions - series – Fourier series- integral transform techniques) and put the student to the track of efficient use of computing methodology.
