These procedures concern the student whose application status has changed to: (Congratulations, you have been accepted into the Islamic University):
1- Log in to the “Developer Grant” system and download the acceptance statement (which is a temporary statement).
2- Update passport data and specify the destination of arrival before a date (to be determined)
3- The student waits until his visa is issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (this procedure takes some time).
4- After the visa is issued, the (acceptance notice) icon and the (visa) icon will appear to the student, so he downloads them.
5- Visit the Saudi embassy or consulate to complete the visa procedures.
6- Upload the copy of the visa printed on the passport to the (request ticket) icon to obtain the travel ticket.
7- After issuing the travel ticket, the (ticket) icon appears to the student, so he downloads it.
8- Coming to the Kingdom before a date (to be determined)
Important note: The student must bring the original documents certified by the Saudi embassy or saudi arabian cultural bureau when he comes to study.
