1-- Follow up on the implementation of the deanship’s strategic plan and enter its data with evidence and improvements to the strategic plan follow-up system on the university’s website.


2. Determining the training needs of the deanship’s employees and coordinate with the relevant organizational unit to meet those needs.


3. Preparing the unit’s annual plan and implementing it after its approval.


4. Preparing reports for the deanship.


5. Preparing the organizational structures of the deanship in coordination with the relevant authorities.


6. Preparing information signs for the deanship building and its offices.


7. Preparing periodic reports on the unit’s achievements and suggestions for developing them and submitting them to the Vice Dean for Development.


8- Preparing organizational guides that explain the organizational connection, tasks, and work of the deanship’s units.


9- Preparing procedural manuals that explain and organize the steps for implementing tasks and actions.


10- Preserving and organizing the rules, regulations and circulars related to the work of the Deanship of Student Affairs and providing them to the authorities.


11- Preparing and developing business models in coordination with the relevant authorities.


12- Preparing the necessary studies on the deanship’s needs for jobs and human resources according to its tasks and work.
