Introduction to the Nationalities Supervision Unit:


It is a unit affiliated with the Student Services Deanship in the Deanship of Student Affairs. It supervises regular scholarship students by appointing for each nationality a supervisor from among the faculty members or the like who studies the conditions of the scholarship students and follows up on them by communicating with a representative of each nationality who is appointed and represents the nationality of his country’s people within the university with the aim of Caring for them during their studies and taking care of them after they graduate.


mission:


  1- Striving to achieve the necessary and comprehensive care for scholarship students.


2- Preparing the necessary reports and studies on the unit to advance it and its programs, and submitting recommendations for their development.


3- Preparing an action plan in coordination with the deanship, indicating the programs and activities that nationality students need.


4- Cooperating with other entities, such as the Academic Guidance Unit, to identify students who are struggling academically, find out the reasons for their delay, and discuss ways of treatment.


5-Visiting students in their residence to find out their conditions.


6- Identifying students’ administrative, scientific, educational and psychological problems, and coordinating with the competent authority to address these problems.


7- Coordinating with the nationality representative regarding communicating with students and cooperating with him in solving the problems they face.


8- Each supervisor prepares a quarterly report on the nationality entrusted to him to supervise.


9- Introducing students to the Kingdom’s moderate curriculum and encouraging a culture of dialogue and harmony among students.


10- Contributing to students’ awareness of their role in serving and advancing their community.


11- Contributing to exploring students’ talents and employing their energies to achieve the goals of scholarship students.
