Task :
1- Follows the shops inside the university.
2- Follows up the sale and the extent of the investor’s commitment to market prices.
3- It is responsible for sending all necessary warnings and communications in this area in the event of violations.
4- Coordinates the meetings of members of the Investment Committee.
5- Follows up on the activation of the Investment Committee’s decisions, approves the minutes, and sends the letters.
6- Follows up on the payment of rents for existing contracts and follows up on those who are late in payment.
7- It prepares the specifications and conditions booklet for these competitions.
8- It conducts at least two field tours in the first week, one of which should be in the evening, and submits one detailed report on the results of the tours, in which all notes are recorded.
9- Ensures that stores comply with all conditions and specifications of the committee, conditions issued by the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs, civil defense conditions, and documentation of health conditions and violations.
10- Verifies the workers’ identification documents and their compliance with residency and work regulations.
11- Monitor street vendors inside the university and prevent them from selling.
